Which formats can it read?
Bank statements as PDF, CSV, XLSX or image. Text-based documents are fully supported; scanned image-only PDFs are not yet covered, so we avoid promising “any document”.
Where do exports go?
To Sage Business Cloud, Xero, Manager.io, QuickBooks or a generic CSV / OFX — every export is audit-logged.
What AI powers extraction?
The bank-statement and document pipeline runs on Groq; SARS-letter extraction specifically uses Gemini. You get the result, not the plumbing.
