Bill more of the time you already work.

Capture time, track work-in-progress, raise recurring and one-off invoices in ZAR and USD, and track payments — then send engagement letters for online signature, all on one ledger.

From timer to reconciled payment — one ledger, three currencies.

Revenue leaks where time goes uncaptured and invoices go unchased. Billing & WIP closes both gaps, and ties the engagement letter to the same record.

Time becomes WIP, WIP becomes an invoice, and the invoice’s state is driven by the payments against it — so the numbers always reconcile.

Capture time, surface WIP, bill it.

A timer and per-task time capture feed a live work-in-progress view, so unbilled work is visible and easy to turn into an invoice before it ages.

  • Timer and per-task time capture, with rates and approvals
  • Live WIP and WIP-aging by entity
  • Recurring and one-off invoices, generated on schedule
  • Payment tracking drives invoice status automatically

ZAR and USD — properly.

Invoice in the currency the client pays in. Atlas stores a currency per invoice and formats every figure correctly for the jurisdiction.

  • ZAR and USD
  • Credit notes, receipts and statements
  • Reconciliation against payments

Send engagement letters for signature.

Send an engagement letter or proposal for online signature; the client signs, you countersign, and Atlas produces the executed PDF and files it automatically.

  • Client signs, you countersign
  • Executed PDF generated and stored
  • Signature, timestamp and IP captured

How teams put it to work.

Accounting

Monthly retainers bill automatically; ad-hoc work captured as time turns into an invoice before it is forgotten.

IT / MSP

Project and SLA work is captured, billed and reconciled on the same ledger as everything else.

Billing & WIP — your questions, answered.

Is the e-signature legally certified?

It captures a typed or drawn signature with timestamp and IP, and produces an executed PDF — suitable for engagement letters and proposals. It is not a certificate-authority e-signature, so we don’t describe it as “legally certified”.

Which currencies are supported?

ZAR and USD, with the correct formatting per jurisdiction and a currency stored per invoice.

Does Atlas run payroll?

No. Atlas tracks payroll-tax obligations and deadlines, but it does not process payroll or generate payslips.

Close the revenue leaks.
